CBC extensions are currently shipped using UPS/USPS. Regarding all orders please allow 7-14 business days to receive. A tracking number will be updated accordingly as soon as it ships, shipping is $10

 

We do not offer any express shipping at the time.

How long will the lace installment lace?

  • Lace installments typically last 2-3 weeks with proper care.

How do I remove the glue from the lace and my head?

  • Visit our shop section , we have a lace remover that removes glue in seconds without damaging the hair.

Do you go over other stylist work.

  • Unfortunately we do not offer retouches on other stylist work.

How fast is shipping?

  • All orders takes 24 business hours to process. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for all full lace wigs , bundles and closures.

Customs units take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.

 

 

Can orders be rushed?

  • Unfortunately no orders can be rushed.

 

What should i bring to my appointment?

  • Please come with your hair washed and blown out.

 

Can I book same day appointments?

  • At the moment same day appointments are not allowed. We do however offer walk in Wednesday’s each and every Wednesday’s between the hours of 12pm-7pm. Please understand that clients are still allowed to book so please have spare time. All appointments will be done in order 

 

What should i expect at my appointment?

  • Please understand that all appointments do not start on time. There maybe a short delay please have patience and time.

 

Are kids and extra guest allowed?

  • At the moment we do not have space to accommodate extra guest, due to other customers in the salon we also do not allow children.

 

 

What size does my wig come in?

  • Wigs come in different sizes 

  • We offer S,M,L CAP size please leave in the note which size you would like.

 

 

What color is your lace?

  • We use two different types of lace 

  • Swiss lace and transparent. This is based off the skin tone of the client.

 

 

How can i reschedule my appointment?

  • You can only reschedule your appointment 72 hours in advance. This is done by emailing the us with the email address in your confirmation

 

Do you take cards?  

  • We only take cards online, when coming to your appointment please bring CASH ONLY.

 

Does the deposit go towards the appointment?

  • The $30 deposit to book an appointment is used towards your services so please bring the remaining amount in cash. This charge is nonrefundable if appointment is missed
